I looked everywhere to try this grip before I bought it but couldn’t find one anywhere. I finally decided to try it and I’m sure glad I did. I really like the p365xl but it never felt right in my hand…the WC grip might just have made my 365 the best fitting pistol I’ve owned. Great product!

This is a good grip module, and is definitely quality. However, if you plan on buying this to upgrade your standard P365/X/XL be aware that it may not fit whatever holster setup you currently have. A leather holster will likely stretch enough to fit this, but any well made Kydex holster probably won’t accept it. This grip module has slightly larger dimensions at the trigger guard and isn’t a 1:1 match at the rail compared to the OEM “short” SIG grips. Would not fit my Tier1 holster meant for a XL with a TLR7sub.

I upgraded my standard 365 to a macro grip. I compared the xmacro, legion, and icarus grip modules and imo the wilson combat grip texture felt the best! I can't speak on shoot ability of the others with a 3un barrel, but if you don't want to break the bank you will not be disappointed.

This frame with a p365 standard slide will fit xmacro holsters but not p365 holsters. I bought a cheap xmacro kydex holster and reheated the muzzle end to refit this setup.

First off, let me say that I love, LOVE Wilson Combat grip modules, they are all I use on my P365s and my P320s, ok, not my AXG or TXG models, but I digress. While not perfect due to strange design choices around the trigger guard that probably affect exactly 1 person (me) which I was able to work around it with a Dremel. This however, is just a design failure. I got this because it uses the Sig P365 proprietary rail pattern. Right? Right? Umm, no. It starts off being a Sig P365 pattern rail, then sort of stops short. Meaning it's compatibility with attachments designed to use this rail, say the Sig light for the P365, just won't fit. The problem is the rail stops right about where the trigger guard begins. However, with a stock Sig and even the WC 10rd and 12rd grip modules, rail goes farther, well past the front of the trigger guard. This design change just makes no sense at all. Very disappointed. Maybe Bill will read this and go back to the drawing board on this one, I can only hope so. I really was hoping to put this grip module to use. If they update this with a proper rail, I'll certainly buy one, however, this is being returned. Otherwise, I recommend just sticking with the incredible standard XMacro grip module from Wilson Combat.

Wilson Combat Sig Sauer grip modules greatly improve your grip and control ergonomically. I am now on my fourth upgrade using their grip modules. Very pleased.
