With an M18-CA, you have to dremel a little material to make space for the magazine disconnect and to get the FCU to seat all the way to the rear. It was easy to do and removing only as much material as needed to fully seat took about 10 minutes. Grip texture is definitely an upgrade from stock. TLR-1 fit with the p320 key.

Immediately changed the grip out on M18 after trying WC grip at the range rental. Much improved hold on the weapon right after. Note, for CA-compliant M18's that have magazine disconnect safety mechanism you will need to do one of two things to ensure the FUC properly sits inside: 1) remove the said mechanism (it's just one screw holding the whole apparatus, simple, quick, and safe), 2) shave off about 3/16" gap with a Dremel at the back of the WC module to accommodate the said mechanism. If you don't, the FCU will not install all the way to the back of the grip (about 1mm) too forward which will prevent slide catch from sitting down in its cutouts on the grip.Oh, and the grip looks great too!

This grip module gives a better grip angle and more aggressive texture. I can drop the mag without breaking my grip.

The Fit is great on my hand. Be aware that it is a bit more aggressive on the grip than the factory one. If you are carrying IWB, then I would put a hogue on it or a wrap so it doesn't rub you raw.

This is my second Wilson combat grip, I have it on my m18 and p365. Overall it is a decent grip module for the price. Gave it 4 stars mostly due to the price to value ratio. I think it is a slight upgrade over the OEM grips.
