I picked up this barrel for a Polymer80 build and put it into a Brownells slide. The fitment is perfect, with solid lock up and no adjustments required. I am pleased with the accuracy as well— took it to the range and if I slow down and do my part it patterns tight groups at various distances. I’m not sure if it is any more accurate than my factory Berettas (the APX is just as accurate) but at least the equal. I’m thinking of making this a competition gun, and this barrel would be a an excellent choice for something along those lines. It fed various brand 115 and 124 grain fmjs with absolutely no problems, as well as SIG hollow points without any issue.
Gun mat –
Very well crafted, stainless steel, no nicks no dents. I got this because I wanted I tighter fit for the bullets not a ticket for for the slide. To the untrained eye you won’t notice a difference but there is a major difference to me. The manufactured barrel is an excellent barrel however the use is more for duty, duty means any type of ammo will work, now this Wilson barrel is tighter where the bullet would enter the chamber, this maters for a more efficient and precise follow up shots. I’m very happy with this barrel time to get it dirty.

This barrel fit perfectly in my Glock 19!! No fitting was required. Tolerances were close, almost no perceivable movement, but it has cycled perfectly with my target ammo!! Fit and finish were excellent. It has an excellent crown and the rifling looks very good with a very high polish. Observervation was with eye and magnifying glass only. Not with instruments!! For me it shoots well and accuracy is slightly better than the original barrel. My groups are somewhat tighter, with Berry. HB RN TP 124 grain Bullets. With 4.1 gns of N320.

It was surprisingly reasonably priced, dropped right in my Polymer 80, and improved accuracy immediately. So far no malfunctions after about 200 rounds of various handloads. I haven’t measured the difference in accuracy between the stock barrel and the Wilson, but it was noticeable with every load I tried it with. I also found that the Wilson chronos about 20fps faster than the stock barrel.

This barrel from Wilson fit perfectly in my pistol and cycled through 200 rounds with no issues..I’ve since shot another 300 rounds with no problems whatsoever… I have let my range buddies shoot my pistol so they can check it out and get their own impressions. Yes I’ve suggested to them the overall quality, price and where I purchased it. Gave you guys several references..

I know it’s a Wilson Combat product but will it really improve accuracy over the stock barrel is yet to be determined as I have not fired it yet. I can tell you it looks nice but that is not why I purchased it.
